In every aspect of our firm’s operation, we value meticulous organization. From travel arrangements and strategic planning to financial tracking and catalogue administration, we are deliberative about what we do, anticipate potential obstacles, and plan for every scenario to achieve the best possible outcomes for our artists.
We also feel that our technological prowess is a defining characteristic of our firm. By utilizing multiple technological platforms for the many different facets of our operation, we stay ahead of the curve when it comes to tracking and future planning.
Most importantly, we pride ourselves in a brand of unwavering ethics in the music industry. Technically, there are no educational requirements for an artist manager. However, we collectively bring almost 20 years of practical business experience to the table along with five graduate degrees (ranging from a Master of Science in Leadership with a concentration in Professional Administration to an MBA; we even have a licensed attorney on staff). Because of this, our training and commitment to business ethics we feel is second to none in the music industry.
Utilizing these core principles, our overarching objective for every artist is to be active in every revenue stream. This means defining every possible revenue stream and creating a strategy that allows for maximization of income while fitting into the overall development plan of the artist.
